Oh Wow~!
Jus went to Malaysia yday for some Bak kut teh and shopping trip
It's really nice for the Bak kut teh
esp the pork liver they got in the bak kut teh really bring out the taste
and not forgetting the tender taste of the pork liver..

It's good and cheap
and not forgetting the hair cut there is cheap too..
Jus went to cut my hair at the Jean Yip
over at the city square..
It cost me only 30Rm with cut and wash..

time to make up for the food that i had yday..

Time to learn some instructing skill and start training them..=)
