Well, there goes my Bday and Alex bday as well.!! =D
Had quite a fun during this very day.

Oh ya, the present that the whole frisbee team got for Alex is a whooping PS3 console.!!

This somehow make me have the urge to buy one too, so alex and me can share some games tgt in future.. yeah~!
But 1s, I'll drop by his hse often to play his console 1s.. haha..

Gathering with the frisbee team was still quite enjoying and always fun..
Even though I've missed out so much action and outing with them but it's still cool..
Shall go back for training often when I'm free..=)

Seriously, beginning of last week I've been feeling less motivated on training my body
and as for the reason behind it I wasn't quite sure about it myself but maybe it's bcos I'm always feeling tired bcos of my attachment, not slping enuff.. Ahh~
But lately, weida Show me some pic of Ryan Reynoid, the actor acting as Deadpool in the X-men Origin and The Blade Trinity, and it immediately burn my fire within me again and motivated me to start training hard again,
so this week intensity will increase more compare to last time workout and main focus is going to be my abs..
