Heard from the news last week about tis Taiwan Food fest at Central.
So I decided to hop by after work wif my friends To try some of their Authentic taiwan small bites.. Woo hoo~~
It's amazing, whenever u dream of flying to Taiwan day and nite and wanting to try their food, you can actually try it right here right now in Singapore.!!!
The crowd is slightly heavy too, but it's all worthwhile..

It has been a rather rough time lately.. With Emotion, tension and stress rising.. But when U have achieve tat goal which u had set for yourself, you'll noe that it's all worthwhile..

Been thinking alot lately..
Things like whether to venture into business now, whether to pursue with my studies, keep questioning myself whether to hang on & etc & etc & etc..
Didn't knew tat coming to this stage of life would be so hectic.. Decision has to be made swiftly and make sure it is the right one..

How many 25 yrs old do we have in our lifetime..?
really really a tough decision to make..

I'm currently in office now trying to figure out wat can I do to keep myself busy so that time would pass by really quickly as u knew it..
Hadn't been using my phone for photo taking session( esp taking picture of good food ). Guess, it'll be time soon that my Satio will come in good use..

So~, the weekend was kinda fun..
And because it's Mao Bday, So we went to Dynasty KTV for k-ing session.. Not forgetting the surprise tat we had for Mao too..
Should see his shocking expression.. =D SUCCESS!!!!

Oh ya, S and J also join in wif the celebration, so it's a big grp singing K together after so so long~
Surprisingly, J can really sing very well, esp the starting song which is cantonese.. Nice~~
Really glad that she enjoy tat nite of K-ing.. =)

Finally gotten my Pay, but the pathetic thing is, it wasn't enuff to help me meet my mth end of spending.. after minus-ing my bill and everything, it totally equals to negative..!!! WTH~
Totally not wat I'm expecting of.
Why do they have to deduct the NS payment now!!! Zzz ~_~

Anyway, here's alittle something for u to read.. =)

When i got home that night as my wife served dinner, I held her hand and said, I've got something to tell you. She sat down and ate quietly. Again I observed the hurt in her eyes. Suddenly I didn't know how to open my mouth. But I had to let her know what I was thinking. I want a divorce. I raised the topic calmly. She didn't seem to be annoyed by my words, instead she asked me softly, why?
I avoided her question. This made her angry. She threw away the chopsticks and shouted at me, you are not a man! That night we didn't talk to each other. She was weeping. I knew she wanted to find out what had happened to our marriage. But I could hardly give her a satisfactory answer; she had lost my heart to Jane. I didn't love her anymore. I just pitied her!
With a deep sense of guilt, I drafted a divorce agreement which stated that she could own our house, our car, and 30% stake of my company.
She glanced at it and then tore it into pieces. The woman who had spent ten years of her life with me had become a stranger. I felt sorry for her wasted time, resources and energy but I could not take back what I had said for I loved Jane so dearly. Finally she cried loudly in front of me, which was what I had expected to see. To me her cry was actually a kind of release. The idea of divorce which had obsessed me for several weeks seemed to be firmer and clearer now.
The next day, I came back home very late and found her writing something at the table. I didn't have supper but went straight to sleep and fell asleep very fast because I was tired after an eventful day with Jane.
When i woke up, she was still there at the table writing. I just did not care so I turned over and was asleep again.
In the morning she presented her divorce conditions: she didn't want anything from me, but needed a month's notice before the divorce. She requested that in the one month we both struggle to live as normal a life as possible. Here reasons were simple: our son had his exams in a month's time and she didn't want to disrupt him with our broken marriage.
This was agreeable to me. But she had something more, she asked me to recall how I had carried her into our bridal room on our wedding day.
She requested that every day for the month's duration I carry her out of our bedroom to the front door every morning. I thought she was going crazy. Just to make our last days together bearable I accepted her odd request.
I told Jane about my wife's divorce conditions. She laughed loudly and thought it was absurd. No matter what tricks she applies, she has to face the divorce, she said scornfully.
My wife and I hadn't had any body contact since my divorce intention was explicitly expressed. So when I carried her out on the first day, we both appeared clumsy. Our son clapped behind us, daddy is holding mommy in his arms. His words brought me a sense of pain. From the bedroom to the sitting room, then to the door, I walked over ten meters with her in my arms. She closed her eyes and said softly; don't tell our son about the divorce. I nodded, feelings somewhat upset. I put her down outside the door. She went to wait for the bus to work. I drove alone to the office.
On the second day, both of us acted much more easily. She leaned on my chest. I could smell the fragrance of her blouse. I realized that I hadn't looked at this woman carefully for a long time. I realized she was not young anymore. There were fine wrinkles on her face, her hair was graying! Our marriage had taken its toll on her. For a minute I wondered what I had done to her.

On the fourth day, when I lifted her up, I felt a sense of intimacy returning. This was the woman who had given ten years of her life to me.
On the fifth and sixth day, I realized that our sense of intimacy was growing again. I didn't tell Jane about this. It became easier to carry her as the month slipped by. Perhaps the everyday workout made me stronger.
She was choosing what to wear one morning. She tried on quite a few dresses but could not find a suitable one. Then she sighed, all my dresses have grown bigger. I suddenly realized that she had grown so thin, that was the reason why I could carry her more easily.
Suddenly it hit me... she had buried so much pain and bitterness in her heart. Subconsciously I reached out and touched her head.
Our son came in at the moment and said, Dad, it's time to carry mom out. To him, seeing his father carrying his mother out had become an essential part of his life. My wife gestured to our son to come closer and hugged him tightly. I turned my face away because I was afraid I might change my mind at this last minute. I then held her in my arms, walking from the bedroom, through the sitting room, to the hallway. Her hand surrounded my neck softly and naturally. I held her body tightly; it was just like our wedding day.
But her much lighter weight made me sad. On the last day, when i held her in my arms I could hardly move a step. Our son had gone to school. I held her tightly and said, I hadn't noticed that our life lacked intimacy.
I drove to office... jumped out of the car swiftly without locking the door. I was afraid any delay would make me change my mind... I walked upstairs. Jane opened the door and I said to her, Sorry, Jane, I do not want the divorce anymore.
She looked at me, astonished, and then touched my forehead. Do you have a fever? She said. I moved her hand off my head. Sorry, Jane, I said, I won't divorce. My marriage life was boring probably because she and I didn't value the details of our lives, not because we didn't love each other anymore. Now I realize that since I carried her into my home on our wedding day I am supposed to hold her until death do us apart.
Jane seemed to suddenly wake up. She gave me a loud slap and then slammed the door and burst into tears. I walked downstairs and drove away.
At the floral shop on the way, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife. The salesgirl asked me what to write on the card. I smiled and wrote, I'll carry you out every morning until death do us apart.
That evening I arrived home, flowers in my hands, a smile on my face, I run up stairs, only to find my wife on the bed - dead.
My wife had been fighting CANCER for months and I was so busy with Jane to even notice. She knew that she would die soon and she wanted to save me from the whatever negative reaction from our son, in case we push thru with the divorce.-- At least, in the eyes of our son--- I'm a loving husband....
The small details of your lives are what really matter in a relationship. It is not the mansion, the car, property, the money in the bank. These create an environment conducive for happiness but cannot give happiness in themselves. So find time to be your spouse's friend and do those little things for each other that build intimacy.
Do have a real happy marriage!

DID I MARRY THE RIGHT PERSON?

During one of our seminars, a woman asked a common question. She said, 'How do I know if I married the right person?'
I noticed that there was a large man sitting next to her so I said, 'It depends. Is that your husband?'
In all seriousness, she answered 'How do you know?'

Let me answer this question because the chances are good that it's weighing on your mind.

Here's the answer.
EVERY relationship has a cycle. In the beginning, you fell in love with your spouse/partner. You anticipated their call, wanted their touch, and liked their
idiosyncrasies (unconventional behavior/habit).

Falling in love with your spouse wasn't hard. In fact, it was a completely natural and spontaneous experience. You didn't have to
DO anything. That's why it's called 'falling' in love... Because it's happening TO YOU.

People in love sometimes say, 'I was swept off my feet.' Think about the imagery of that __expression.
It implies that you were just standing there; doing nothing, and then something came along and happened
TO YOU.

Falling in love is easy. It's a passive and spontaneous experience. But after a few years of marriage, the euphoria (excitement) of love fades. It's the natural cycle of EVERY relationship. Slowly but surely, phone calls become a bother (if they come at all), touch is not always welcome (when it happens), and your spouse's
idiosyncrasies, instead of being cute, drive you nuts.

The symptoms of this stage vary with every relationship, but if you think about your marriage, you will
notice a dramatic difference between the initial stage when you were in love and a much duller or even angry subsequent stage.

At this point, you and/or your spouse might start asking, 'Did I marry the right person?' And as you and your spouse reflect on the
euphoria of the love you once had, you may begin to desire that experience with someone else. This is when marriages breakdown. People blame their spouse for their unhappiness and look outside their marriage for fulfillment.

Extramarital fulfillment comes in all shapes and sizes. Infidelity is the most obvious. But sometimes people turn to work,
a hobby, a friendship, excessive TV, or abusive substances.

But the answer to this dilemma does NOT lie outside your marriage. It lies within it. I'm not saying that you couldn't fall in love with someone else.
You could.

And TEMPORARILY you'd feel better. But you'd be in the same situation a few years later. Because (listen carefully to this):

THE KEY TO SUCCEEDING IN MARRIAGE IS NOT FINDING THE RIGHT PERSON; IT'S LEARNING TO LOVE THE PERSON YOU FOUND.

SUSTAINING love is not a passive or spontaneous experience. It'll NEVERjust happen to you. You can't 'find' LASTING love. You have to 'make' it day in and day out. That's why we have the __expression 'the labor of love.'
Because it takes time, effort, and energy. And most importantly, it takes WISDOM. You have to know WHAT TO DO to make your marriage work.

Make no mistake about it. Love is NOT a mystery. There are specific things you can do (with or without your spouse) to succeed with your marriage.

Just as there are physical laws of the universe (such as gravity), there are also laws for relationships.
Just as the right diet and exercise program makes you physically stronger, certain habits in your relationship
WILL make your marriage stronger. It's a direct cause and effect. If you know and apply the laws, the results are predictable... you can 'make'
love.

Love in marriage is indeed a 'decision'... Not just a feeling.

How have my life been so far tis days?
All I can say is good.. Never been better..

It's almost the end of my work probation and times really flies fast..

Recently, came to knew tis girl J, introduced by my fren S, and we met up jus 2 days ago for a movie and chilling session..
A really nice girl I would say from the 1s impression that I have for her.
I'm pretty sure she'll get better and back to her cheerful and happy go lucky self soon.. =)

I've finally graduate from my polytechnic, finally found a Job as a Project Engineer..

Alright,
Here I am blogging about food now.
This time it's the Handburger in Somerset @313
It's alittle pricey though, for a burger
but I bet it'll worth every single bits of money spent.

Here's 2 side dishes that u can choose from upon ordering their burger
I've chosen the fries, which taste almost exactly like the fries in Carl's Junior.

While this tomato salad is the other Side dishe

Okay~
This is their original Handburger Which taste almost like the burger
from botak Jones
Just that it's less salty and taste just right.

Next up is the Tandoori Chicken burger
Sweet, taste like our local satay chicken

And the Chicken Caesar burger.
Wrap with a bacon, should be a healthier choice and it taste great.

And lastly, the succulent Sirloin Beef Burger

Oh man oh man~~
My common test is finally over~~ Whee~~!!!
time for some relaxation period for me and myself..

After the paper, went for some mahjong session at josh place..
A whooping 20 hrs of non-stop mahjong and well, it's not my day too I believe.. Gotten my drawer of chip cleared after the game losing a heavy dmging sum of 40 bucks..!!! Argh*

Time for some workout and ample of rest time.. Haven been resting well and working out hard tis few days bcos of the CT..
Paper was easy though if some have studied all the tips hard enough. Hope I'll score well for all cos I nv really went to any of the module lecture.. Xp

It's a friday tml and i still haven quite plan on wat to do tml..

Well, It's a Friday and because it's a friday, my body have to feel so unwell tat I'm not even fit to go out.. Corny isn't it.. Having tis weird pain all over my joint and muscle.. and I mean all the joint even the one connecting my finger and toes..
Argh, hate tis feeling..!!

Anyway, I seriously hope life will get better for me on months to come..
I'll earn big money for my family and not forgetting myself..

Tiring day today.. Woke up early but still as usual late for my 1s lesson.. Hmm..
Anyway, Went to watch My Gf is an agent wif her today and I have to say that it's really a very funny show.. Pay attention to how the leading male actor scream!! Freaking funny.. HAha..

After the show, we took a stroll to Clark Quay as she wanted to pass some present to her fren and we went to her past working place for some food.=)

Today is quite a slacking day in sch.. Missed the 1s lecture tdy again as usual.
Dunno why, even it starts in the afternoon, I still cnt seems to wake up for it.. Xp

Well, went to AMK Hub to change my debit card to a DBS one and yes, the rest of my poly gang came to link up wif me after tat and we went to KFC for a sumptuous meal..

Can't seem to cope wif my sch work for now as I've been working during sch hrs and it's freaking early, so I still need some time to adjust my studying mood back.. Shag mind wif a shag mentality..
Anyway, It's my 1s, so call, modelling assignment for mitsubishi roadshow as a cosplay character.. Quite an easy job, jus stand there, act cool and tk pic wif ppl.. =) will upload the pic if I get them..
Next up was an interview for Cleo 2010 50 Bachelor.. Was quite reluctant to go for it bcos I'm not so confident in it and scare tat the time I have to commit for it is hectic, but it turn out to be quite flexible and more over, It's still under-going pending period. so it's not a cfm tat I'm in.. Well, it'll be a bonus for my port-folio and I'm not so into modeling, jus for the experience..=)

Been a month since I've enter another post for my blog.
Been rather busy wif work lately, working for 4 diff job right now and the only word I can discribe myself right now is.. SHAG.!!!!

Oh well, It's the beginning of the new sem right now.. Seen almost all my new classmate and I have to say that I'm not so disappointed with my new class cos at least there's 7 girls studying in it rather den some wif no girls or maybe jus 2 or 3 of them.. =)

Alright, New beginning of life I would say.. Hot bods and hot personalities.. Had another Swimwear photoshot audition which pay ard 8K upon confirmation.. Can u believe that..?!
The previous one I had was a 12k beachwear photoshot but I decided to turn it off cos I'm still not sure if I'm so open to gays.. But tis time, i tell myself why not give it a try since u're only be young once in ur life.. Well, Just have to say good luck to me and hopefully I'm able to cope wif the shots..=)

In the mean time, trg on my body is going to be intensive again since sch has started.. Love the Timetable I have to say.. NO MORE MONDAY BLUES..!!! but maybe a THURSDAY BLUES.. Zzzz. Anyway, I have schedule more time on my workout and hopefully works twd the drooling bods that everygirl dream of.. lolx..=p

I'm so having a really really shag day yday & today..
And I mean Really Shag!!!!
Having less den 3 hrs of slp and worst still, staying over the night even though wif that limit of rest.. The feeling is really torturing, Think old is the word to discribe me now.. Not used to anymore of this "Tauning" aka staying over the night shit!!!

I've finally clear my NAFA yday in sch stadium, and seriously, due to the bad condition of my body cos of some severe headache, I'm still quite satisfied wif my result.. Although I failed the NAFA but I'm quite happy wif my overall result..
I can still manage to pull 12 chin up easily~ which I'm quite surprise cos i wasn't able to complete then in the army using the over-graph method.
My shutter run is still maintain at 10s below and no need to say the easily targeted A grade sit-up..=D
And the SBJ aka standing board jump, which I had great improvement after my NS. the 1s try 225, 2nd try 237.. Of course tat B grade but still good.. =)
The only Station tat I'm really sux at is the Sit and reach which giving me quite a bad backache now, Only a 41 cm mark and tat's a big C for tat station..~__~
And Now is the 2.4 km Run.. Seriously,!! it sux big time..!!! Hitting a 13.59 timing is really really way of the mark of my previous achievement of 10.16s.. Can u imagine how one stamina can fail a person so drastically.. Zzzz
Guess it's another goal tat i mus set again in my workout regime to hit my target timing.. Typing here is easily said den done bcos I'm so Sooo Drag abt running.. =D

Last Wed, went to Yishun Chong Pang for the 1s time to eat their Nasi lemak wif the companion of Piggy Xiao Jie.. haha*

Well, to me, the nasi Lemak is so so only and guess wat, it's oso quite ex for a poor person like me.. Cost me a total of 4.10 for a plate wif not much rice and jus alittle portion of dishes on it.. Compare to Changi Village Nasi lemak, I would say Changi Village Nasi Lemak still rox..!!! =)

After, that we went to had tou jiang you tiao for dessert..

Anyway, something really funny happened to Piggy Xiao jie on our way to the Chong Pang Nasi lemak.. She's been attack by birds bombing and can see from her face, Total freak out!! haha.. At first I was quite Shock when she suddenly scream and hold onto my arm so tight, only to find out tat she kanna the bird bomb.. haha**

Well, ppl say it's good luck or maybe heng if u look at it in a positive view, but I believe, most will think.. WTF!!! Freaking suay ar..!!,

I'm stuck here in sch doing my FYP which I dun really find it challenging and meaningful as the project assigned to me is rather too boring..
During this time of FYP, I've made many decision of my goals and what I want to achieve in my life and seriously, I've nv so wanted to accomplished it compare to the past me.. Have rather a strong motivation and thoughts drill into me when I see hw hard-working my sis were and the things she could achieve, hw my friends treated me with respect and all the help that they provided me with.. This were the things that keeps a person moving on strongly.
In anyway, it's for me to prove to myself wat I can achieve and not to others regardless of friends or family.. Cos in the end of the day, the things that I do, be it good or bad, it's my responsibilty, my benefits...

Time to post what I've done for the past week..
For all the weekdays, it's only FYP and workout session for me, so kinda stagnant for me as there's not much things to do after sch after when I finally find a suitable part-time job..=)
Last thur, went to watch the show that I've been waiting for so long, TRANSFORMER 2. It's really REALLY a very Cool show compare to the 1s one and not forgetting lots of funny scene too and Megan Fox is really hot too in the show.. The show too, display alot of the US military power which I find it really impressive and I was thinking, who the hell would wan to declare war with them.. With such weapon power and professional soldier, no wonder the US were name the Modern Spatan of the century.. lolx..

As for Sat, was planning to go clubbing wif all my poly frens but due to some changes, the rest couldn't make it so it's only Maowei, Sharon, Colene and me went to Rebel.. I really dunno is it the food that I ate b4 the party or my stomach is really turn small, bcos I felt quite full after afew cups of drinks and seriously I thought that drinking will make one feels high but the more I drink the more sleepier I get.. Totally not so keen to dance in the dance floor.. Guess, it really need more happening frens to join in the fun next time.. =D

Den on Sun, It's sentosa time wif Huipeng, Eddie and weida..
Been so long since I last went to sentosa with them and bcos of this, I've cancel the Gym session which lies on every sun so as to join them.. Poor Mao didn't have the mood to join.
Took lots of pic and seriously I'm quite satisfied wif the outcome of the photo-taking which's took by our professional freelance photographer HUIPENG & EDDIE.. Statisfied with the sun bcos I'm having a red nose now and minor sunburn on my back.. =D
After the sentosa, it's Carls Junior for us and I order a Whooping!! Western bacon Thickburger which is so yummy that I ate the whole burger so fast that the rest were quite shock( I was quite hungry den too =p)..

Colene actually suggest that we go eat there during lunch and hence I ask Maowei along which surprising he agreed and ta daa~ off we go, to Ngee Ann City branch.. Fast eh, buat seriously it's really been like 5 yrs? since i ate in seoul garden and the food still feels kind of the same.. It's definately better den the "Tian Tian Huo Guo" tat we ate on my sec sch gathering..=)

Kinda of feeling really tired or rather my mentality is getting weak tis days..
My motivation is running low and I just can't really find wat I want in my life today.. The goal is there but there's still something missing.. wat's that?!
Am I giving myself too much expectation..?
Hmm~~ Guess Working hard is really not enuff, a little fate will have to go with it to find tat missing piece of puzzle out..
It has been a journey for me to find my true happiness since that very day.. And during that process, I've beginning to change in terms of personalities and the way I think.. The journey to change for the better. I'm not changing to someone tat's not me but I do despise the way I act and think on certain times..
Anyway, I'm glad to have frens like Mao and Weida who have always been there wif me.. My gay buddy.. haha*.. The day will come to repay their kindness and everything tat they did for me, tat's wat frens are for rite.. ;)

Steamboat gathering & a day in Reservist camp

Saturday, is the day that I've been quite looking forward to bcos it's my sec sch fren gathering..!!
It's been quite some time since I last saw some of my sec sch frens.. Some have change while others still looks the same to me.. lolx.. After the steamboat, we went for some chilling and drinking session at a pub near Bugis.. I was so full from the steamboat tat I only manage to drink a cup or 2 b4 having the feeling of puking and feels like my stomach going to burst.. haha.

Yesterday was the day my 1s reservist call up and bcos my deferment wasn't been approved last week, I have to go all the way to my camp to apply for it again..
The feeling of going back to army is really sucky.. Imagine we have to do all those weapon handling test all over again and worse of all, the ' Chiong Sua' aka out-field training. But, the better part is, I have alot of my previous campmate in wif me..

The 1s thing they ask us to do was to put our barang barang, draw our respective assign weapon and told us to get rdy for a short 3km route march.. I was like O.O"' when i heard abt it and after the whole march, we oso have to attend a short CO parade.. So many things to be done b4 my friend and I can tok to the CO for our deferment and stuff.. Guess wat, due to the Sat steamboat gathering, I suffer from diarrhoea which causes me the lack of water in my body and I suffer from minor heat stroke tat day.. The feeling is really almost unbearable bcos my body feels hot even when I in the aircon room and my whole body muscle starts to ache like hell.. argh~!
Thank god that it's finally over for tis time.. Can't imagine the next time my reservist comes again..
Oh ya, I was so lucky yday too, bcos my hair was almost cut by the not so skill barber over there, but bcos of the time, they ask us all to fall in 1s b4 doing the haircut again.. So but tat time, my deferment was alrdy been approve and I do not have to cut my hair.. Woo hoo~~

Great movie Part 2

It was another movie date wif Miss Piggy and tis time we watched the Horror Movie Directed By Sam Raimi ' Drag Me To Hell '.. It's really a great show as how Raimi manage to bring out the horror and how he manage to scare ppl wif that kind of sound effect.. Oh ya, and some scene is quite gross too.. Eeerr~~
To be honest, I've jump up from my seats quite afew times during the show and this, I can say, is the 2nd horror movie tat manage to shock me so many times apart from the Thai movie 'Shutter'.. Argh!!
Miss Piggy was quite an impressive girl I see, bcos she can really tk such horror show easily, although there's time when she shrink to almost like a ball during some frightening & gross scene and she even scream at one part which I didn't hear it at all.. lolx.. Brave.. =D

It's been so long since I last blog eh..
Well, I can't seem to remember wat I did for the past few days except for the Zirca FHM GND Final party and the Movie outing wif frens and the west coast dog run wif my dog, and the Sentosa, KTV and The dinner tat I had wif Miss Alien Piggy.. lolx..
Only those major event that I can remember, as for those those not so major one, I'll have to say is the sch Fyp, and how I went to break almost every 2 hours which lasted almost 1hr everytime and ended up getting lectured by my supervisor.. =D

Firstly, the Zirca FHM GND party..
Kind of cool, 1s time being to the new Zirca after MOS. Watching those GND finalist battling up for the 1s place..
Well, the champion wasn't wat we would expect to be because there's other gorgeous contestant that I believe will be even better..=)

Rebel is more of a teenager place where we could find almost all under age kids there.. Not much of a clubber wif my age group, making feel really old.. lolx. But I love the music..!!! Bcos it's hip Hop/ Urban / R&B..

I guess u won't be surprise if u find ur parent there.. cos it's almost suitable for clubber like ur parent age.. Nice atmosphere there, and the music is Live Band and I guess it's pop music..=)

Alright now, it's the post about the West Coast Dog run..

Accompany my sis and her fren to bring my dog terry for some fun and gathering wif other dogs, and guess wat, it's my 1s time sitting in a car whom the driver is my SIS..!!! haha..

Seriously, her driving skill is not bad, but jus tat alittle bit blur for her as she still do not noe much of the singapore road..=)

Next event, the Movie outing..

Went to watch The Terminator Salvation wif Weida, Mao and gang at the Cineleisure.. It's soo sucky that we kanna the lvl 9 theatre again bcos it's quite small.. But, the movie was really cool and nice..

Quite a action pack movie.. Recommended to watch.. so go catch it..!!

Next Up, Dinner wif Miss piggy!!

Venue is the Manhatten Fish Market in Clark Quay.. thx my friend for reserving a seat for us..=)

We order the usual seafood platter for 2 and an appetiser of the Louisiana mussel wif dunno wat shrimp sauce.. lolx. And guess wat..?

It's really really Nice..!!

Been so long since I ate it and I have to say, it's still the best seafood, fish N chip restaurant apart for Fish and Co and etc..

Miss Piggy oso surprise me too, bcos of her big appetite.. lolx.. I was alrdy full while she can still eat and wif only half full she said.. MY GOD.!! it's really amazing wif someone her size tat can actually eat so much but nv seems to get fat.. argh!! haha..

Had a great time wif her esp those chit chatting and walking almost aimlessly around.. =D

Lastly, the Sentosa & KTV

Went there wif Josh, Michelle PeiQi and her fren..

Was really quite ps bcos josh and Mich was late so I have to join PeiQi and her fren to the beach 1s where almost 10 of her other frens is over there.. haha..

but, had fun playing wif them especially the dodgeball game..=)

It's been so long since I went to sentosa for tanning session..

Seriously, I was really REALLY happy wif the sun and I had a great tan without getting my whole nose red..

After Sentosa, is the KTV session wif them and b4 going over to the KTV, I saw Mis piggy again wif her frens.. So Qiao. =)

As for now, I'll be saving real hard for more overseas trip and more interesting job hunting opportunity..

Yesterday movie was great..
Watching the 2nd sequel of Night at the museum and I've got to say that it's not a bad show, quite funny esp when they're having those super lame conversation..
Went to watch it wif Miss Alien Piggy ( It's a nick tat i gave her since she gave me such a long one.. Argh)*
and enjoy watching it wif her plus the walk in the park and the chit chatting..;)

Alright, next movie going to catch next will be the Terminator Salvation.. The most anticipating show of the year I would say apart from Transformer 2..
So many show to watch. Ahhh..!! So looking forward to all of them.. =D

It's the 2nd last day of my attachment and I'm going back to sch nxt mon..
Can't help it but I've to say that, School Life ROX..!!!
I had this thinking at the beginning when I 1s enter poly, I wish I could do my studies 1s den attachment will be the last so that I can firmly secure a job in my attachment instead of having to look for another job if my study sem came last..
BUT now~ I'm so glad tat I did my attachment 1s..!! As this really help me to really think of my 2nd career opportunity and to really noe wat I wanted for my future job perspective..

Oh well, it's going to be another intense training for me ltr again.. hopefully by the time my reservist starts I'll be having a BFI of 11%.

Alright I'm in the office now as usual, playing some FB games and reading manga online..=P
Argh!! Something is really wrong wif my router or connection.. can't seems to upload pic into my blog.. So I guess I'll jus roughly blog about wat's going on last week and upload the pic another time when my connection is feeling not so moody..=)

Alright, We'll start with work for the Menshealth roadshow..

It's quite a relaxing or should i say fun job despite fo the sorching sun during the 2 days of works..
Oh ya, and not forgetting that I have this little cute pretty crappy partner of mine to keep our day going on without feeling bored.. Haha..

On the 1s day after our work, we went to PS to meet up with one of her fren den off to the arcade and seriously, it's been almost dunno hw many years since I've played arcade and it's the new street fighter 4 that I start off with.. Playing skills is getting rusty though but i still manage to win 2 consecutive game after losing all my token.. =D
After that, they accompany me all the way to cineleisure as I've a movie appointment wif Weida and gang..=) Thanks for the accompany and walk.. =)*
As for the show that we've watch, it's the most anticipating show after the Da Vinci Code, ANGELS AND DEMONS.. It's not a bad show if u knew the history of the Vatican City and about the catholic.. Throughout the whole show, I was like wat the hell are they toking about as their name of the church and such are so stranger to me.. lolx

2nd day of work. Special thx to Weida who came down to support us by taking back some of the flyers back to his ofc for his colleague and helping us to give out some of the flyer to people walking by us.. And I still have to thank him for going back on the actual day of the Roadshow to buy a copy for me as I've no time..=)
Well, we ended quite early this day and while Weida went back to ofc, my partner and I stay behind to wait for the appropriate time to pass by, chit chatting all the way and I was like ~_~ most of the time during our conversation.. haha.. Really a crappy girl I'll say.. =P
Like to thank her too for accompanying me all the way to 5++pm, even though we end work quite early, bcos I have another work at 6pm which I really earn quite alot through it too.. =P

Okay, here's the post of me going to Fairmount Hotel for a gym and spa..

It's a really cool place I can say and guess wat.?!

I even saw some of the players of the Harlem Globetrotter at their function room I guess..

Didn't manage to took a pic wif them but if u guys wan to noe more about them u can google it..=)

It's Weida Nephew 1st yr old bday and his 2nd brother held it at the one of the hotel room over there, so I decided to tag along wif him to check out the Gym and spa there since I've nv been there b4..

The gym is really quite a cool place even though some of the equipment is old but still good to use. After a hour of gym, we headed down to the spa for some relaxation time and I've got to say that it's really REALLY relaxing.. Imagine soaking ur whole body in the warm jacuzzi pool den to the ICY COLD POOL (Alright, the icy cold pool is really cold so it's quite torturing.. lolx) den to the sauna room den to the steam room, after tat back to the jacuzzi pool again.. Wooo~~~

It's really a paradise for people who had a long stressful day of work..=)

Well den, after the spa, we decided to take a bath b4 heading back to the hotel room and during the bath time, something happened and it really freak me out.. I guess I'll leave this part away as it's not something very glamorous but if u frens really wan to noe,? u can come asking me about it and I'll share some of it with u if I'm in the mood.. =D and if I dun wan to share wif u, Pls dun force ok..? ReSPECT!!

and as for the reason behind it I wasn't quite sure about it myself but maybe it's bcos I'm always feeling tired bcos of my attachment, not slping enuff.. Ahh~

MAlaysia Outing 1st MAY 2009

OKay~

It's been a long Labour day for me..

went into Malaysia again with the usual frens but this time Colene and Mei Ling tag along .

First stop, It's the Ah Soon Bak Kut Teh tat we were longing for since the last time we ate it..

BUT~!!!

To my disappointment, they have sold all the Pig liver OUT~!!!
Argh, the most delicious of all dishes..

Cool outlet they have there seriously and really, if u're looking for good and cheap clothing, that is the place u could go too, not forgetting the good and cheap food too.

Guess what, this is actually my 1s time watching a movie in JB and I can tell u that it's a good exp but serious thinking I still dun feel safe watching movie there esp when it's alrdy dark, too many robbery cases really freaks me out lolx..

We watch the movie, X-MEN ORIGIN Wolverine and it's really a nice show compare to the X-men trilogy but the theatre sound there somehow spoil the whole effect cos of some minor faulty area of the sound. What to do, it's cheap ok..!! lolx..

Before watching, we headed down to Hong Kong Kim Gary for a bite, FREAKING CHEAP menu compare to the outlet in singapore. But 1s, we didn't really enjoy the meal bcos I actually got the estimation of the time between our meal and the movie wrongly which ended up that we have to rush to eat our food as the show is about to start in like ard 10min.. haha..

We were really like Kan chiong Spider I tell u and Mao as usual is the 1s and the fastest one to finish eating despite that his food is hot. Cool Fella eh, maybe he have mutant powers too like hot tongue or maybe numbness mouth.. lolx

Didn't put in much expectation that I'll be short-listed bcos it's like a So, You think U're HOT kind of competition, and I think that my body is still not the time yet.. lolx.. but if I'm short-listed, I'll have to xin ku my fren and vote for me again.. haha..

Wow..

Went back to sch yday for gym session and was really quite shocking when they put up a sign

"Gym Full, Please Come back again later"

I was like, 'OH MY GOD.!!'

But lucky I met Rodney outside the gym and he brought me in tgt with him.. Phew~

Alright, Back to frisbee after gym and I was quite impress with the number of freshie who turn up for the orientation..

I remember the time when Douglas batch turn up for the orientation, the whole of the basketball court were pack, but now,

IT'S THE WHOLE OF THE HOCKEY PITCH THAT IS FULL..!!!

How cool was tat eh.. haha.

Had a game of scrimage after that and I can say that MY SKILL REALLY SUX BIG TIME~!!

Reading of the Disc is gone plus my speed and stamina.. Argh~!1

Didn.t noe an absence for a year from the game can make me deprove alot.

Or should I say that, the Junior have really improve alot and far more better den the 1s time I started off.. Guess it really takes passion in the game to really perform better and way better..=)

Special thanks to Ben who's willing to let me return to Frisbee for the friends and hang out even though he knew that I can't really commit to the sport.=)

Fri Night was the night where I 1s step into a Thai Club wor.. haha..

Wasn't expecting to go there in the 1s place but since Maowei wanted to take alook at how the place is like and since one of my old fren was going too and she ask me along, so off we go.. Oh ya, not forgetting it's also Weida 1s time visiting a Club too so didn't wan to miss the chances to go with him.. haha.

It's really a nice place to chill, with all the live performance of dancer, singer and band and I have to admit that most of their female performer are really hot and sweet. Seriously I was mesmerise by one of the female performer and I believe she's one of the hot favourties there too.. Argh, The look at her eye really bring a shock down my spine.. lolx..=p *Agree with me Da?

Oh ya, saw one of my cousin there too and was really quite funny when we met.

Bcos, she was walking across me and I jus suddenly went to tap her on her shoulder and she was quite shock and she gave me a puzzle look like I was trying to hit on her or something b4 knowing who I am at last.. lolx.. **** Okay~ Next Up Michelle Birthday Party at The Acid Bar and DBL O on Saturday Night

Met up with the rest at Somerset in the evening then headed to Acid Bar for a little surprise celebration for our bday girl which turn quite successful, with the live band singing Bday song for her follow by her SIM sch frens which she didn't expect will turn out..

Sure it is a surprise for her.. haha~

That Night, we drank quite alot bcos each of us were trying to make her drunk but was only abit of a success as the bday girl is still quite awake after the whole drinking session, and most of us were beginning to feel alittle tipsy though, so after the celebration we head down to DBL O for a dance to sweat out all the booze..

It's really been so long since I step into Dbl O, and everythings seems to be the same except for the DJ who spin the table.. I can still remember the last time I went to DBL O, the DJ sux big time.. BUt now is so diff and I have to say, I'm quite impress with the DJ now.. haha..

Well, it was really a fun night with nice music, gathering with frens and meeting new frens..
I hope u guys all had fun too as it's a sat night and wat u gonna do with a weekend like this..!!!

Makes me wanna fly there and have a tattoo of my own.. Argh~

What have i been doing since last week..

Monday had always been the same to almost everybody bcos it's a day where blueZz sets in..
Been working for the past few weeks as usual for attachment and I've increase intensity for my workout training, which means that I will be doing workout almost everyday since the start of last week..
But~ as u all noe, I have a very poor resistivity for food esp BBQ food..
So I somehow ate quite alot during Kailing Bday on wed which she held at downtown east chalet.. Haha..
Seriously, I still feel kinda bad till now, so all this while I've been putting in extra work on my body again to clear the sin that's building in me.. haha..

U may think that I'm crazy, but to me, this is something I have to really overcome.
That is the laziness and the mindset of giving up since the day that I've started.
It's working out real fine now and all i can say that discipline is really the Key to all success..=)
I've lost too many and it's time that I work extra hard to gain those things that I really wan..
My mind has been put to test when all this have began and I'm slowly gaining it bits by bits..

You have to keep improving yourself and make sure that you did even better than before.

It's bcos it's a fri night and we dun wan to waste a day like this doing nth..

Den on Sat, it's another movie outing with Mao and frens. And this time, it's the show 17 Again
A super nice show I think, bcos Zac Efron really acted very well on the role he's playing.
I believe all the girls in the theatre has been mesmerize by him almost everytime he appear bcos I can hear woo~~ Wow~~ Ahh~~ from all the girls behind and infront of me.. haha
After the show, It's L4D wif mao frens and seriously this is the 1s time me feeling very sian and not wanting to play L4D in my life bcos his fren too super pro abt teh game and we were like totally pwn by them.. Ahh~~ think everyone felt the same way as I am that day.. lolx.

Well on sun, it's Gym as usual wif Weida, maowei, Alex, Shenny and Sharon..=)
This time is alittle record breaking bcos we did a total of 4 hrs of workout and believe me, it's total shagness at the end of the day.. haha.
And of course we did chit chat and rest in-between those 4 hrs so dun go thinking that we're siao eh..=)
Maowei shows a little slight improvement this time bcos he can actually do those reps of excercise that i told him to do.. so I believe there'll be more to come from him as times goes by.. So looking forward to see his achievment.. lolx..
Went to eat our lunch after that and off to Mao hse to collect some show from him..
I was super shag that I fall aslp in his bed while Alex and Mao continue to do their things..
really have to thx Mao for the ride home almost everytime when I went to his hse.. Haha..

Ubin trip today..

was planning for another M'sia trip today but cancel.

Anyway it's alot of fun and i guess i burn alot of calories today on all those mountain biking.. haha

Well, it was raining very heavily too but we manage to find a shelter

and it's really lucky us to escape from the rain from jus a split sec.. phew~

I came across this phrase while reading an article and i find it rather meaningful or you can say that it's quite true. U see, love is really a funny thing.. U live thru it but u cnt live without it.

Cool article i have to say. Jus remember, it's ok to make sacrifice for love but make sure that person deserve it and dun live to regret it. I've been thru it once and I have to say tat, it gave me a really good memory and somehow make me stronger. I love my life now.. Life which i never thought will be so fufilling. Confident is building strongly, and seriously, I've nv felt so good in my life before, mainly bcos of those compliment that I've been getting and the changes of myself that I'm portraying, those respectful look from people. You have to earn it, not jus by sitting there and talking big of course.

And one more thing, if u're not happy with me or anything tat i do or say. Say it infront of my face and not behind me. Cos it'll only make u a bigger loser. Trust me, I will tk ur word into consideration but before that, you have to really prove to me that u're really good.

Well, to people out there who thinks life sucks, it'll somehow lead to a fulfilling future not because u live through it but u've overcome it..=)

Oh Wow~!

Jus went to Malaysia yday for some Bak kut teh and shopping trip

It's really nice for the Bak kut teh

esp the pork liver they got in the bak kut teh really bring out the taste

and not forgetting the tender taste of the pork liver..

U all gotta love the food there in m'sia..

It's good and cheap

and not forgetting the hair cut there is cheap too..

Jus went to cut my hair at the Jean Yip

over at the city square..

It cost me only 30Rm with cut and wash..

yday I had lots of fun..

Movies, eating, window shopping and chilling session..

Went over to Heeren to watch the MANHUNT finals

with Maowei and frens..

Was meeting Michelle and gang over at heeren too

to watch one of theirs fren in manhunt..

It's a great exp i say, able to participate in the manhunt..

Maybe nxt year, if there's chances, I'll join..

More working on the abs and toning.

Why.?

Bcos something that I value has snap and came off..

Hmm, dunno whether is it a reminded to me or an Omen..

Cos recently there's so many coincident that stopping me from doing things

tat I find it not worth it or maybe wrong..

E.g. Rain tat stop me from approaching further and made me head back

and when i realise abt wat happen if i approach further,

Oh wow~~

Finally I'm back to blog again. after so long..

Been really really busy this day..

working out, working, working out and working again.. lolx..

Been training hard on my body to be a model..

Hope it all goes well if I can Just resist the temptation of good food.. Xp..

Well, it's about there so wish me luck.. =)

Okay~~

End of the 1s week of my attachment and guess wat's my job..

It's something like a designer stuff..

The 1s and 2nd day was like boring cos nth to do

and looking at those 3D graphic really makes my eyelid feels heavy everytime.. haha

But~

On the 3rd day of work I was ask to design a product using my own concept

and put it in a presentation slide for them to see..

Wahaha..

Finally something for me to do.. Xp

At first I was quite stun when my in-charge ask me to design the product

bcos when I 1s saw those experience drafter using all the sophisicated

tools of the UG program and the draft that they did was like

OH MY GOD COMPLICATED..!!

Lolx..

But anyway, I manage to learn a thing or 2 from them and frankly speaking

I kinda love this job (at least for now ~Xp) and the compliment from my in-charge

of the design that I came up with..=)

Kinda like wondering if the choice that I made

Exam is around the corner..

Hope that all my friends is preparing well for it and dun forget to keep a healthy diet

during this period of time..=)

It's been 2 days since Terry had been in my family and I can say is that

it never stop playing.. Haha..

This morning, while I'm still slping, it kept jumping on and off my bed..

Hmm, causing me some lack of sleep.. Ahh~

(have to put xtra moisturizer ard my eye to prevent eye bag)..lolx

will post more of it's pic when I have the time to tk tgt with it..=)

Well, been trying to come up with a training regiment which I'm doing right now

and I've came up with the basic workout for beginner who want to look tone and good..=)

It jus take 30 min of ur time..

Hope it'll help..

Lets start off with alternate days of training e.g Mon, wed, fri, and sat

my training goes like this for beginner..

3 sets of 12 push up (diamond)

3 sets of 12 push up (normal)

3 sets of 12 dips

(if u have any dumbbell)

bicep curl

3 sets of 8 repeition.

tricep extension

3 sets of 12 repetition

front and side raise

3 sets of 8 repetition

Things to tk note:

When u're doing weight training, always use the comfortable amount of weigh

make sure u can finish the whole repetition without having to arge ur back.

If u do, IT'S WRONG..!!

The best u can do is form a circuit training from the above workout.

e.g

12 push(diamond)

12 dips

12 push up(normal)

8 bicep curl

12 tricep extension

8 side/front raise

group them together and it's counted as 1 set..=)

Complete this cycle of workout for 1 week

and gradually increase its repetition than the set..

For the other alternate days e.g tue, thur and sun

You can do some other lower body workout like

Jogging, lunges, squat or some exercise for ur abs.

Be sure to let ur muscle rest for at least 24-48 hrs..

Dun overstress ur muscle bcos if u do, u're losing muscle den gaining it

If ur muscle is aching stop doing the workout till the aching is over..

Trust me, U'll gain muscle after the aches.

Most importantly, Drink lots of water to hydrate ur body

bcos water helps to build muscle effectively and fast..=)

The above workout works for me cos right now I'm doing each of the workout with

5 sets of 30 repeition of push up(diamond),(normal) and dips

as for the weigh training, I'll jus hit the gym on weekend..

All u need is discipline and time management..

Dun give yourself excuses if u think that u're working, tired and no time for it.

I'm working too but i can still find time to do it,

so can you..=)

Enjoy training.

If u have any issue or comment about the workout program

feel free to let me noe, bcos I'm still in a learning process..

Will really appreciate it alot..=)

Some fact for people who's small in size and wan to gain mass..

It's rather hard for them to gain mass bcos it's in their genes..

Some are born like that so u'll jus have to live with it if u've tried everything to gain mass..

But if u really wan to gain mass, u can try to increase ur daily carb intake

e.g rice, bread and food that's high in carbo..=)

Right now have to cope with exam and my upcoming IPPT..

Hmm.. more training and jogging to do after this week paper..

Hopefully a silver for my IPPT..

It's really active I tell u.. First thing it does is run around the whole living room,

Jumping up on the chairs and finally settle down on the floor panting like hell.. lolx

Been wanting to keep a dog for a long time ever since the last dog we had is like 10 yrs ago..

Really love it at first sight when I went to see it this afternoon..
Can see that the owner was quite reluctant to give it up but still,
due to some personal reason, they have to..

It really bring lots of fun and laughter in my family now..=)

Hopefully, it'll change things ard too..

It's my 2nd time been to Mind cafe and I have to say that it's actually a very cool place to slack and have lots of fun with the huge selection of boardgame they offer with ur friends.. And not to forget that they actually have free flow of drinks for a certain period of time..=)

Lots of cool movie coming up, can't wait to watch.. Been watching those kind of movie about love and I can say that I beginning to hook on to those movie bcos of the meaning and love life in it.. haha..

But, no doubt, I still like to watch those scary and horror movie that will make u jump up from ur seat.. lolx~=p

Anyway, she went home after that while I went to meet up with my MJ khakis for a session at one of their home and guess Wat~

I emerge as the biggest winner of the day, winning a whooping 100++ bucks.. Haha.. Thanks for the wish.. Lucky.~~

Hey..
I'm Back with a new blog and a new starts..=)

Currently now, I'm preparing for my exam and my attachment is going to start soon too.. Hopefully I'll enter a good company and maybe after I grad I can start working there.. Haha..

Well, this few days, have been hanging out with frens for some fun but somehow I still feels quite empty and lonely inside of me.. The feeling is really sux bcos it always come and goes in me.. But anyway, I'll live through it..=)

Oh ya, been hitting the gym very often lately and trying to be the fitness instructor for my frens too bcos I find a very good satisfaction when I see good result from them..
So to all my frens, if u're going for any gym session or sports activity, LOOK FOR ME..!! lolx

You Have to Look good to feel good..!!

Right now, trying to save enuff money for my driving license and hopefully by this year I can get the license and buy a car tgt with sis.. Mus make my money grow~~
Working towards my goal.. It have to be quite a tough route but mus not forget to play too..
I need all the self-esteem and confident i can get to push myself forward.. at the same time, open my heart to accept others feeling..
Most importantly, stay happy always regardless of wat happenened..
I'm doing it and i can say it really helps one to stay away from troubled mind..
That is why I love looking at the beach and enjoying the cool breeze..
My mind are open up and I can see and understand things in a much clearer view now..
Smile more is the best med and also people will find u attractive with it..
